Jalapeno BBQ Burgers Can you tell I'm dying for Summer to get here? It's hardly even Spring! Hey, I'm from the Midwest and we've had one heck of a Winter this year, so I deserve the right to complain. I'm leaping ahead to a summer grilling recipe, especially since I've been working on a new JALAPENO MADNESS: GRILLING TIME cookbook! Announcements to come. That said... Here’s a nice twist for grilling this summer. You’ve got some barbeque tanginess and flavor, with the wonderful heat of the jalapeno. As noted in the recipe, you can substitute the chili powder with habanero dust, but beware! It’ll really bring in an extra kick for you. Ingredients

Product Review - Tiko's Fire Roasted Jalapenos Got us a new product review on the web site for a brand new jalapeno pepper product called "Tiko's Fire Roasted Jalapenos". I'd say it's a pretty good product, despite my obvious jalapeno pepper slant.
