Double Decker Ham and Cheese
            
 
 
A delicious lunch recipe with double layers of toasted bread, deli ham, provolone cheese and jalapeno peppers. I like mine extra toasted!

Double Decker Ham and Cheese
            
                                                      
                                                        Ingredients
                                                        
                                                          - 3 slices whole wheat bread
- 1 jalapeno pepper, sliced
- 3 slices deli ham
- 2 slices provolone cheese
- butter                                                        
Cooking Directions
                                                        
                                                          - Heat a frying pan to medium heat.
- Lightly butter 1 side of each piece of bread.
- Set one piece of bread on pan, butter side down.  Add 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of provolone. Top with 1 piece of bread, butter  side up.
- Cook about 30 seconds, then flip the sandwich  and press down. To the top, add remaining ham and provolone and jalapeno slices,  then top with final piece of bread, butter side up.
- Cook about 30 seconds then flip the double  decker sandwich one more time.
- Cook about 30 seconds and serve!
