Flaming Grilled Chipotle Pineapple

Sweet and tasty with the smokiness of the chipotle powder. Yum. Very simple. This is perfect for a dessert or served as a sidedish.

Flaming Grilled Chipotle Pineapple

Ingredients

  • 2 slices pineapple, about 1 inch thick each
  • 2 teaspoons chipotle powder
  • 1 tablespoon habanero oil

Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season each pineapple slice with chipotle powder, then brush lightly with habanero oil.
  3. Grill about 2 minutes, then flip and grill another 2 minutes.
  4. Serve!
