- 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 1 cup cilantro leaves
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons pine nuts
- 1/8 - 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Combine the cilantro, jalapeno, garlic, pine nuts, salt, and pepper in a food processor, and process until coarsely chopped.
- Drizzle in olive oil until smooth.
