Tangy Italian Salsa with Jalapeno Peppers

Here's a simple salsa recipe with jalapeno pepeprs that works perfectly as a serving bed for shellfish, like scallops or shrimp. We recently served this recipe with Proscuitto Wrapped Scallops. Delicious!

1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender
2. Mix and pulse 3 or 4 times until salsa is still nice and chunky
3. Refrigerate 1-2 hours and serve
