  • 1 tomato
  • 1 red pear
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

Here are all the ingredients, pre meal.

Dice the jalapeno peppers, tomato, and skinned pear. I have some neat piles.

Combine the diced ingredients in a bowl. Add the lemon juice and mix well.

I served my jalapeno pear salsa over chicken, accompanied with side dishes of spinach and cheese stuffed mushroom and asparagus.
