JALAPENO WASABI SAUCE
This particular recipe is great with sushi, sure, but try it out on chicken or your favorite white fish. I like to encrust my white fish with nuts or spice-infused breading, which goes very nicely with a spicy wasabi sauce.
Ingredients:
- 2 jalapeno peppesr, diced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon wasabi powder
- 2 teaspoon vinegar
- dash of hot sauce
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowll, stir together sour cream and mayonnaise.
- Add jalapeno pepper, wasabi powder, vinegar and dash of hot sauce.
- Refrigerate 20 minutes (helps bring out the flavor).
- Serve!
