Chipotle Steamed and Seared Lobster Tails Chipotle peppers are delicious jalapeno peppers that have been smoked and dried, so they bring a wonderful flavor to steamed fish and shellfish. Double it up with a smoky chipotle rub and you've got a double bang of flavor. It's not very spicy, but full of rich flavor. We served ours with a bit of melted butter and seared asparagus, but skip the butter for low-calorie goodness.
Jalapeno-Pear Stuffed Pork Chops Time to get your "fancy" on with this delicious stuffed pork chop meal. You're sure to impress your guests with the flavor and quality of this restaurant-style meal, but it's surprisingly easy to make. It really only requires the making of your stuffing, which needs only a bit of chopping and mixing, then a few slices into the pork chop. Stuff and bake! We can't believe how great this recipe turned out. A new favorite.
Spinach with Roasted Pecans and Jalapeno Peppers This recipe is a great way to spice up your spinach. Spinach is usually fun, but can become a bit boring when served by itself. Incorporating just a few additionals can go a long way in taking a meal from ho-hum to wow!
