Hello, Jalapeno Lover! Happy Fall and Happy October! Halloween is one of our favorite holidays. We love the houses decorated with spiders and witches and ghosts, but you know what we love more? Jalapenos and chili peppers!
With Fall officially here, the gardens are winding down and it's time to really think about preserving those peppers, but don't forget - we still have plenty of recipes online and in our cookbooks to help you use up that bountiful harvest. Many new foods at this year's State Fair They deep fried a lot of different foods at the 2009 State Fair of Texas this year, some that seemed downright odd for deep frying, but when we saw jalapeno peppers on the list, we of course had to bring you the link. But seriously, deep fried butter? Deep fried peaches and cream? At least they have chocolate jalapenos! Whataburger expands into clothing line Got a Whataburger restaurant near you? Now you can order t-shirts. We wouldn't think this was a big deal, but you can get your t-shirts with jalapenos included! Bring the bayou to your kitchen Here's an interesting article about bringing the Bayou to your kitchen. Yes, they use jalapeno peppers in the Bayou.
